What will my wedding planner do?

Your planner is there to do just that, help you to plan your wedding. Booked through our gold service, they will help you to make decisions and find suppliers for all areas of your special day. Your wedding planner will be experienced at organising weddings and passionate about helping to make your day exactly as you have dreamed it would be.

Your wedding planner will meet with you to discuss plans and your planner will then help to source trusted suppliers and make introductions.

We recognise many couples organising their wedding are busy so we try to find that balance between meeting up and getting the job done.

Your wedding planner is not committed to booking the suppliers for you and will make no financial transactions on your behalf. They are not committed to attend supplier meetings with you or fittings, but are committed to helping you make the right decisions. They may choose to attend supplier meetings at their discretion.

Your wedding planner is not in charge of the wedding day itself or responsible for making sure things get done. They are there to help plan the wedding. Your big day is still your day and your wedding planner is not committed to being at the event (unless you invite them and they accept) or to manage the day itself.

Wonderful Weddings can also provide a full planning and organising service to include attending supplier meetings on your behalf and attendance on the day, to ensure the smooth running of proceedings.  Such services will be quoted upon consultation.

You will be allocated your very own experienced wedding planner. Your wedding planner will have relationships with chosen suppliers, all of whom we have negotiated discounts with if you book through Wonderful Weddings.
